Honey Days

Estonian honey is very good – this is what both local and foreign experts and foodies say.

As usual, Estonian beekeepers harvest the first honey of summer in July. This year is special - the beekeepers of Pärnumaa got the first honey already in June. To celebrate the honey harvest and by involving the beekeepers and entrepreneurs of the region, the Romantic Coastal Road and the Estonian Beekeepers' Union invite everyone to partake of this local golden abundance.

During the Pärnumaa Honey Days on July 5-6, you can get to know the different flavors of honey and get inspired on how to use honey in food and drinks. Pärnumaa apiaries are open, you can take part in workshops and enjoy special menus in summer cafes.
