We invite everyone to Pärnu, to the garden of Villa Ammende, where an exciting cross-section of the history of Pärnu Beach Park is on display – come and discover the heritage of Pärnu Beach Park!

From June 15, 2024, until the end of summer 2025, an exciting exhibition is open under the ancient oaks of Villa Ammende's garden, introducing the rich history, values, and importance of nature conservation of Pärnu Beach Park. This educational and inspiring event highlights the role of the Beach Park in preserving the culture and ecological balance of Pärnu.

Carefully selected exhibits and nature-related examples illustrate how Pärnu Beach Park has developed and been preserved over the years. The exhibition is aimed at both local residents and visitors who wish to better understand and appreciate the cultural and environmental value of the Beach Park.

Everyone interested has the opportunity to visit this unique display, offering a rare chance to delve into the history and nature conservation of Pärnu Beach Park while providing visitors with a rich educational and exploratory experience.

Take your time to stroll along the garden paths of the villa. Find the oversized “bedroom screens” placed in various parts of the garden and learn what was in Pärnu before the grand Villa Ammende rose in the Beach Park.
Enjoy delightful recognitions and surprising encounters with history!

The exhibition has been financially supported by the Environmental Investment Centre through the "Creating Environmental Awareness Media through the Environmental Program 2023" application round, which has enabled bringing together the best practices and knowledge.
