Cycle and pedestrian track on the Mai beach in Pärnu
The 1.3 km cycle and pedestrian track that was opened in 2013 runs along the shoreline to the Pärnu Beach Promenade. The four-meter-wide path is illuminated and is well-suited for recreational sports and walking. In the middle of the track, you can find a children's play area; the path is bordered by coastal meadows, where you can find interesting species of flora and meet the city cows, who keep the area clean from reeds. The recreational areas of the promenade are furnished with benches and bicycle racks made by Estonian designers.
