Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center

Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center is surrounded by greenery and offers a high-quality service for events with up to 150 participants – we welcome seminars and conferences, trainings and meetings, also different company retreats and events.  In our new glass pavilion, you can discuss work matters outdoors in all weathers.

All rooms have large windows that provide natural light all year round. The green views from the windows allow eyes to take a break from looking at screens. We have put special consideration into choosing chairs that have a soft cover and are comfortable to sit on. We know from our experience that a long day sitting in a seminar should not be exhausting. And, as is proper in an e-state, we guarantee superfast Wi-Fi and free flavoured water throughout the day!

Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center is located at Tori, Pärnu County, approximately in the centre of Estonia – 1.5h from Tallinn, 2h from Tartu, 30 min from Pärnu and 2.5h from Riga.

Accommodation

Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center can accommodate up to 100 people in 25 rooms with all amenities (some with a shared bathroom), a total of 60 beds and 40 additional beds. The complex includes also a studio apartment and apartments with two and three bedrooms. All rooms have modern wooden furniture and windows that can be opened to let in fresh forest air and listen to birds singing. 8 rooms have been adapted for people with disabilities (ramps, special equipment in the rooms).

The rooms are 10-30 m from the conference buildings and so the people who want to leave the party early can go and sleep in the quiet. The accommodation price always includes parking, bedsheets and cleaning service.

Dining options

Klaara-Manni’s kitchen will prepare you healthy coffee and energy breaks with snacks made of local produce, and lunches and dinners from grandmothers’ cookbooks. Differences in people’s diets and vegan foods are not a problem for us and everyone will get a nice meal.

We also grow vegetables organically and depending on the season, our quests will get to see how the produce is grown and how it arrives to our kitchen.

Additional services

In cooperation with local entrepreneurs and hike organisers, we offer different activities to take a break from working hard. In order to liven up the seminar and clear heads, you can order activities for the group in nature, handicraft workshops, hunter’s tales, gastronomic workshops and nice relaxation with musicians.

Cook and eat (6 to 30 people)

This experience will bring friends and colleagues into the world of gastronomy – it will join together the spirits and palates of the group. In the kitchen, you will make a delicious 3-course meal of Estonian foods with a special touch added by the company and joy of working together.

Honest produce workshop (10 to 70 people)

A walk in the organic garden where you can see different plants and the differences between organically grown vegetables and chemically fertilised vegetables will be discussed. We will sow seeds, which you later can take along, make smoothies out of weeds, forest fruits and vegetables.

Crafts workshop (10 to 70 people)

Depending on the size and interests of the group, you can make different souvenirs and jewellery, which you can later take with you. The crafts workshops can be longer and shorter.

Tori tour (6 to 60 people)

A horse-drawn carriage will take you through the historic Tori – the so-called Tori Hell, horse stables, tavern building, church etc. History of the parish, its present day and future will be discussed.

Hunter’s tales (6 to 30 participants)

A hunter will tell stories of his experiences, the forest and nature, hunting and trophies in the middle of nature. He will also bring antlers, fangs, taxidermy and other interesting items to look at by the fire.
