A walking tour introducing Levikivi's farming heritage and nature
Levikivi Nature Farm aims to protect the environment and the memories of the Estonian people.
On this tour, we will discuss the stories and customs of the people who live here and learn about Soomaa's cultural heritage. We will walk along the old pasture road and see peat-cutting sites. We will lean on native trees, sit on laughing and weeping stones, and see highland cattle tending the grasslands. The trail also has "milestones" introducing wild animals, which is a big hit with children!
We will end the hike with herbal tea and a berry dessert.
