Description

In the 19th century, the city life of Pärnu revolved around Suur-Jõe street, where a railway ran through the industrial district in "Riga suburb" to the heart of the city and to the harbour.
Today, this street offers interesting wooden architecture, a slum atmosphere and traces of old industries.
