At the turn of the 19th–20th century, the city of Pärnu developed very quickly. On the one hand, the city was developed as a resort. On the other hand, Pärnu became an increasingly important industrial city. The tour focuses on the former cellulose factory Waldhof and how it influenced the city’s development.
