Cider workshop ‘Dégorgement’ in Tori Cider Farm
Come and try making cider! In the workshop, you can participate in the cider-making process – the exciting stage called dégorgement. It is one of the most important steps in making drinks with the traditional champagne method: after the sediment process, the yeast is removed from the bottle and a champagne cork is put on the bottle. We will talk about making cider in the factory, share the secrets of cider-making, and offer our products for tasting.
