Organizational principles:

The Jam Club is a cooperation format for Pärnu musicians, aiming to promote the growth of young musicians in Pärnu. The Jam Club is also open to musicians from other parts of Estonia and abroad.

The general keywords are participation, giving, collegiality, and the joy of music-making: anyone can initiate a jam session.
The repertoire for the jam session is not limited by any era, style, or genre.
The Jam Club operates on the economic principle of "no one pays anyone anything and everyone is responsible for covering their own expenses."
