The brightly lit house is especially inviting on long dark winter nights.<\/p>\n<p>The library stands on the site of the medieval P\u00e4rnu order castle. The walls of the castle have partly been marked on the pavement in front of the building. They had still been visible after World War II, but during the construction of the Stalinist central square, the walls were demolished.<\/p>\n<p>Good to know!
