We will take you on an Estonian culinary journey at Pärnu’s first zero-waste chef’s hall.
When preparing food, we prefer domestic ingredients and follow the “from nose to tail and from root to flower” principle.
A tasting menu is prepared before your eyes while sitting at a shared table.
You can choose one of two journeys for your taste buds: “Local Journey” with purely Estonian ingredients or “Baltic Journey” with ingredients from the Baltic Sea and its shores.
