Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center is surrounded by greenery and offers a high-quality service for events with up to 150 participants – we welcome seminars and conferences, trainings and meetings, also different company retreats and events. In our new glass pavilion, you can discuss work matters outdoors in all weathers.
All rooms have large windows that provide natural light all year round. The green views from the windows allow eyes to take a break from looking at screens. We have put special consideration into choosing chairs that have a soft cover and are comfortable to sit on. We know from our experience that a long day sitting in a seminar should not be exhausting. And, as is proper in an e-state, we guarantee superfast Wi-Fi and free flavoured water throughout the day!
Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center is located at Tori, Pärnu County, approximately in the centre of Estonia – 1.5h from Tallinn, 2h from Tartu, 30 min from Pärnu and 2.5h from Riga.
Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center has two separate conference houses – Melanie seminar and event house and Laali glass pavilion. All rooms are equipped with modern seminar equipment and we will place the tables and chairs according to the customer’s wishes.
The first floor of the Melanie seminar and event house hosts a dining and party room along with two seminar spaces on the second floor – Fireplace hall and Big hall. The halls can be joined into an open hall.
The sliding walls of LAALI glass pavilion can be fully opened. The two-storey building is a perfect place for professional events and also receptions or company retreats for up to 150 people. During the warm seasons, it is perfect for outdoor seminars.

Klaara-Manni Holiday and Conference Center can accommodate up to 100 people in 25 rooms with all amenities (some with a shared bathroom), a total of 60 beds and 40 additional beds. The complex includes also a studio apartment and apartments with two and three bedrooms. All rooms have modern wooden furniture and windows that can be opened to let in fresh forest air and listen to birds singing. 8 rooms have been adapted for people with disabilities (ramps, special equipment in the rooms).
The rooms are 10-30 m from the conference buildings and so the people who want to leave the party early can go and sleep in the quiet. The accommodation price always includes parking, bedsheets and cleaning service.
Klaara-Manni’s kitchen will prepare you healthy coffee and energy breaks with snacks made of local produce, and lunches and dinners from grandmothers’ cookbooks. Differences in people’s diets and vegan foods are not a problem for us and everyone will get a nice meal.
We also grow vegetables organically and depending on the season, our quests will get to see how the produce is grown and how it arrives to our kitchen.
