In the Chef’s Hall, we prepare food using local ingredients, following the principle “from nose to tail and root to flower.” Moving toward sustainability, we honor the skills of our ancestors — fermenting, pickling, and preserving. We make full use of every ingredient, respecting its origin and seasonality. The tasting menu is prepared before the guests’ eyes, offering a truly exceptional experience. A private dinner can be arranged for up to 7 guests.
Dinner in the dark
Dinner in the dark is a unique experience that helps you step out of everyday routine and discover flavors in a new way. The entire dinner takes place while wearing blindfolds, which heightens your sense of taste and smell. The menu remains a surprise until the end of the evening, when all dishes are revealed. We accommodate special diets and allergies if informed in advance. The dinner in the dark experience is available for groups starting from 16 guests.
