On one hand, we are located close to the city, yet on the other hand, far enough to feel the relaxing effects of unspoiled nature. Just 10 kilometres and a 15-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Pärnu city centre, you will find yourself on the magical “peninsula” of the Sauga River. Our lovingly maintained 3.8-hectare property is surrounded on three sides by the river, whose winding high banks can create the impression of being in the hilly landscapes of southern Estonia.
Over its 23 years of operation, Uueda Holiday Centre has revitalised several historic buildings with fascinating histories and tastefully integrated them with contemporary structures. Visitors can also enjoy a journey through time via our collection of vintage vehicles and a variety of other historical exhibits.

In addition to accommodating guests, Uueda Holiday Centre welcomes seminars, trainings, meetings, summer days, corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, and any other celebrations.
To host gatherings, we offer two main halls and several smaller meeting rooms. All our halls are equipped with modern seminar technology, and seating arrangements are discussed in advance with the organiser.

For overnight stays, we offer accommodation in various nature-inspired buildings at the holiday centre. Year-round, comfortable lodging is available in the main house and the family house.
The main house features both a seminar room and a sauna, where guests can relax in the steaming hot tub on the terrace, leaving work worries behind.
In the family house, the warmth of a fireplace soothes both body and soul, and if that’s not enough, the hot tub on the terrace is heated for extra relaxation.
In warmer weather, additional accommodation is available in the historic granary, nearly a hundred years old, where rooms feature modern amenities including toilets and electricity. Guests can also stay in our modern, tent-like camping units, designed to meet contemporary standards. For those who prefer, you can even enjoy stargazing from your own tent on our well-maintained grounds.
Indoors, we can provide catering for up to 180 people.
What helps participants stay productive and fully benefit from a long seminar day? Of course, delicious food—whether it’s a refreshing coffee break or a hearty, satisfying meal. Our skilled chefs, trained to handle even the most challenging dietary requirements, prepare all dishes on-site using fresh, locally sourced Estonian ingredients whenever possible.
If you’d like to get involved in the cooking, we also offer the opportunity for the entire group to grill together using ingredients prepared by our team over hot coals.
