Yoga holiday in Pärnu

Pärnu is a small, historic, seaside resort with lots of greenery. With safe sandy beaches, sheltered bodies of water, green parks and a rich cultural life it offers opportunities for active pastimes as well as taking time off and enjoying the scenery. As a calm and pleasant environment, Pärnu is perfect for relaxing yoga retreats.

It boasts several sports clubs and studios where you can take care of your mind and body. Everyone will find a yoga style suitable for them: you can choose from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Power yoga, and there is even children’s yoga.

Barefoot yoga studio

Paljajalu or ‘Barefoot’ is in the heart of Pärnu, where good people with good ideas meet. The studio offers classes of varying difficulty and focus; you can choose from Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Graceful yoga and Pilates. The studio has mats, blankets and other yoga equipment (blocks and straps). Showers after class are available.

Janne Ristimets Dance Studio

To be successful in life one has to notice what's going on within oneself and lead one’s world of senses and thoughts. Dance and yoga are wonderful means through which you can develop the skill of living in the moment. This, in turn, helps you get in touch with your inner and outer world.

Juta Ild's yoga classes - Kundalini yoga

The yoga hall at the Buddhism centre on Vee Street is a powerful place for practising a range of mental exercises. Kundalini yoga classes for adults take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:00 and 19:00. It is also possible to agree upon meditative healing sessions.

Kundalin yoga

You are welcome to join regular kundalini yoga and intuitive dance classes. We also do sadhana, courses and workshops that talk about the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga. You will find special events on the timetable, including practice that touches on relaxation and/or healing, mantra evenings, women's clubs and pilgrimages.

Relaxing and balancing yoga classes a.k.a. Aura yoga
