Sporting events attract thousands of athletes to the city, be it the J\u00fcri Jaanson Two Bridges Run, the J\u00f5ulum\u00e4e cycling marathon or the P\u00e4rnu Summer Cup international football festival.<\/p><p>Even during the quieter months of the year, there are a couple of dozen sporting events taking place in P\u00e4rnu and P\u00e4rnu County. From spring to autumn, however, there are two to three times as many major and minor competitions as there are days in a month. Motorcycling, aquatics, athletics, heavy athletics, equestrian and cycling, extreme sports \u2013 there is always something to do and experience. A real sports holiday awaits sporting enthusiasts in P\u00e4rnu, filled with the ticking of stopwatches, the thumping of feet, the whistling of tyres, and the shouts of victory from morning till night. Losers do not shout. But there are no losers in the competitions organised in P\u00e4rnu. The track, which offers beautiful views and a moderate challenge, mostly runs on soft forest soil, passing through the Luitemaa nature reserve.\n\nThe beginning of summer is marked by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.2silda.ee\/en\/parnu-county-victory-day-marathon\/\" target=\"_blank\">the P\u00e4rnu County Victory Day Marathon<\/a>. In addition, a half marathon, P\u00e4rnu Summer Run, and children\u2019s races are planned. <br><br>\n\nOur summer capital P\u00e4rnu could easily be awarded the title of Estonia\u2019s sports capital, especially in the autumn, when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.2silda.ee\/en\/two-bridges-race\/\" target=\"_blank\">J\u00fcri Jaanson's Two Bridges Race <\/a>takes place.
