Spring Start Challenge 7+7+7

The competitions will be held from March 3rd to 23rd, 2025, at the Kilingi-Nõmme sports hall every day from 17:00 to 20:00. 
Events:
•   March 3rd - 9th HANGING
• March 10th - 16th HOLDING (3 kg body weight = 1 can of 500 gr CELSIUS energy drink)
• March 17th - 23rd HALF-SQUAT against the wall

The competition is based on time. Whoever can last the longest wins. The winners are determined by adding up the results of each event. For the overall ranking, the best results from each event are summed. Prizes for the top three in each age group for the combined three events and a small prize for winning in the age group event. A small motivational prize for bettering your previous result.

1 second in the final protocol = €0.01. The accumulated amount will support the participation costs of our young weightlifters in the EMV in 2025.
