Presentation of Lauri Hermanni's "Igor Volke. Mr X"

We invite you on Tuesday, March 25th at 18:00 to the presentation of Lauri Hermanni's book "Igor Volke. Mr X" at Pärnu Port Artur's Rahva Raamat bookstore!

The text of this book is from 2023. Igor Volke departed from us on November 14, 2024. The documentary biography film and this book were planned for Igor's jubilee year, now they are in his memory. It is a deep homage to a great person. Igor's wish was to reflect in the book title the nickname Mr X given by his comrades. Igor was called Iks (X). Short, yet meaningful.
 

Igor is the godfather of modern anomalistics in Estonia. For over 50 years, Igor has researched and thoroughly documented incredible cases of our own people that remain without scientific explanation. Throughout these years, he has given over 800 lectures and published books. His life’s work poses serious challenges to contemporary science, scientists, and religion as well. With his phenomenal knowledge, memory, information, and experience, we often find ourselves outside the boundaries of our current understanding of the world.

This book is eye-opening for even the greatest skeptics and a guide to the future for many others, an exciting overview of Igor's life work and his life, pushing the boundaries of our science.
