Pärnu PROMO Cash & Carry invites you to a seafood-themed academy. We will introduce our Fish Room selection and possibilities.

Sanitex's head chef Antti Utno will introduce seafood in the kitchen. Antti will share some behind-the-scenes insights on how and what to pay attention to when choosing fish. Evening bites will be prepared in front of you, and any questions you may have will be answered immediately.

We will publish the menu on the Fienta platform the Monday before the event.
