Pärnu PhotoFest 2025 presents: "Pärnumaa PHOTO 2025"

The exhibition "Pärnumaa Photo" is being held for the 20th time this year. Photographers connected to Pärnu and Pärnumaa were invited to submit their captures and photo stagings under the Pärnu PhotoFest 2025 title “ORGANIC | MECHANIC”.

Pärnu PhotoFest is titled “Organic | mechanic” this year, referring to a world characterized by increasingly acute environmental issues, where burning topics include organic and zero waste art (including photography), and where creative individuals are threatened with displacement by AI, or artificial intelligence. Through "Organic | mechanic," one can interpret the juxtaposition of the natural and the artificial, as well as the synergy and interplay mechanisms of these opposing poles. 

Over a hundred works were submitted to the Pärnumaa Photo 2025 exhibition, with 60 photos by 37 authors making the final cut.
