The spoken word, the moment, the lived gesture has become an imitation. Here and now is what was then and there. Zsuzsa's photos are serpentine feelings, labyrinths. They touch you. As if she had a third eye. She discovers, notices, turns her gaze and reveals. She is sensitive and precise, just as in acting.

I am an actor. During performances or rehearsals, I see situations, scenes, and colleagues from a perspective that the audience is not able to see. When I fell in love with photography, I decided to start showing these moments. As an actor and photographer, I am interested in what is not immediately visible. I like to show objects, situations, and people with nuances. In this exhibition, I share moments that are invisible to outsiders. I do my job well when thoughts and feelings emerge in front of theater or photography that truly amaze the viewer.

Thank you to the individuals shown in the photos: Attila Csapó, Balázs Csontos, Benjámin Dino, Enikő Dobó, Zsombor Ertl, Irmi Földes, Zoltán Gyöngyösi, Géza D. Zsuzsa Hullán is a member of Budapest Comedy Theater (Vígszínház). Zsuzsa started engaging with photography six years ago and it has become an increasingly important form of artistic expression in her life.

“I am interested in everything related to visual storytelling, it inspires and leads me to new paths. I like to observe, watch, be carried by the surrounding world and show so much of everything as I see it.”

In 2019, her first personal photo exhibition took place in Budapest, followed by several exhibitions in Hungary and abroad.

Zsuzsa Hullán has won awards at several prestigious photo competitions. Among others, she achieved first place in the Hungarian press photo competition and second place in the Hungarian 365 competition, where she was also awarded as the best female photographer.
