Pärnu County Championships and Saarde Municipality Open Championships in Classic Bench Press 2025

The competition will be without equipment in bench pressing. Tight-fitting clothes are mandatory. The competitions will take place outdoors. Dressing is to be done in tents installed at the competition site or in the Kilingi-Nõmme sports hall. In case of very bad weather, the competition will be held in the Kilingi-Nõmme sports hall. 

AGE GROUPS and WEIGHT CATEGORIES:

• Women -69 kg, 69+ kg.
• Men:
•          Born in 2003 and younger -83 kg, 83+ kg
•          Born in 2002 and older – 83kg, -93kg, -105kg, -120 kg, 120+kg
• Para athletes* men (absolute category), women (absolute category)
