Does an excellent customer experience happen by chance, or is it consciously designed? Service design is a strategic approach that helps companies create distinctive, valuable, and memorable services.

In this lecture, we will explore how to understand the customer's journey within a company, identify obstacles, and design services that not only meet expectations but also provide a strong competitive advantage. You will also learn how service design helps companies stand out, increase customer satisfaction, and build loyal relationships.
