In the digital age, where content and messages find it increasingly difficult to stand out, authenticity has become a crucial competitive advantage. In this short lecture, we explore what authenticity means in brand communication, why it matters, and how to apply it consciously.

Grete Männikus, a marketing lecturer from the University of Tartu Pärnu College, explains why beautiful words or trendy design are no longer enough in marketing. If you want your brand to genuinely resonate with your target audience, you must dare to be genuine. In this lecture, you will learn how authenticity helps build trust, strengthen brand identity, and differentiate in a world where content is increasingly generated by artificial intelligence.

ABOUT THE LECTURER

 

👤 Grete Männikus is a junior lecturer in marketing at the University of Tartu Pärnu College and the program director for the master's curriculum in service design and management.

She has a strong background in marketing and brand communication, with a particular interest in authenticity and value-based management.
