Always radiant, femininely charming, and charismatic MERLE PALMISTE in the performance “It's a Crime Not to Love Champagne”
The show is a life-like comedy in one act and three scenes. Regina, a successful and elegant woman, has seen and experienced much in life, but not in Champagne – the home country of her favorite drink. She loves champagne very much and her entire circle of friends is involved in planning the trip and experiencing it. Regina's favorite phrase “I’ll only be old when I spend more on medicine than on champagne” sets the tone for the whole story. However, in the heart of this self-aware and rather brash woman, there is certainly also room for gentler feelings. Butterflies in the stomach may appear not only from champagne, she is forced to admit. This is a story about a life-affirming woman’s journey to Champagne, which may change her life.
A glass of genuine French champagne is offered to guests during the performances.
Tickets are also available with a three-course special menu dinner. The dinner follows the performance and begins at approximately 8:00 PM.
