GUIDELINES

GOAL: To determine the Pärnu City Champions in basketball free throws.

VENUE: Pärnu Sports Hall

DATE: 21.12.2025

TIME: 12:00

FOOTWEAR: Indoor shoes !!!

COMPETITION CLASSES:

• Men and Boys up to 16 and 16+
• Women and Girls up to 16 and 16+

If the result allows, a competitor from the up to 16 class may also advance to the overall final for the 16+ competitors!

PARTICIPATION FEE: Students FREE, Adults €10.00.

PRIZES:

• 1st–3rd place in the competition classes will be awarded with Pärnu City medals.
• The 1st place winner also receives a trophy.

COMPETITION SYSTEM

INDIVIDUAL:

• Qualification Round: $2 times 20$ throws. The top 20 competitors advance.
• Semi-final: Competitors shoot an additional $2 times 20$ throws. The top 10 competitors advance.
• Final: Competitors shoot an additional 20 throws, for a total of 100 throws.

TEAM: Pre-registered teams of 5 members.

• Qualification Round: The results from the individual competition's $2 times 20$ throws are used. The top 4 teams advance.
• Semi-final: The top 4 teams shoot an additional $2 times 20$ throws.
• Final: The top 2 teams shoot an additional 20 throws, for a team total of 500 throws.

• Registration on the competition day: Participation fee €12.00.

ELITE CLASS COMPETITION: Invited participants shoot $3 times 100$ throws, for a total of 300 throws.
