Discussion Evening "4 Pillar Stories" – Arto Saar

On January 8, 2025, at 7 PM, there is again a chance to be part of the discussion evening series "4 Pillar Stories" at Kolhethi restaurant in Pärnu. The guest of the third meeting of this season is Arto Saar – an alumnus of the University of Tartu Pärnu College. Arto has been the Mayor of Järva, the development and community leader of the Paide Linnameeskond Football Club.

Arto works as a volunteer firefighter at the Järva-Jaani Firefighting Society and makes a significant contribution to the development of the Järva-Jaani museum. Additionally, he founded the NGO Isevärki, through which the former vocational school in Järva-Jaani has been restored and renovated.

His activities do not stop there – Arto is a member of the board of the Järvamaa Sports Association and is also active in the Järva Development Partners NGO and the Järvamaa non-profit council. He is also a member of the Järva municipal council, constantly working to ensure the growth and development of the Järvamaa community.

The discussion evening is always led by the engaging Meelis Sarv, who creates a warm and homely atmosphere for the event. As a musical interlude, Karl-Heinrich Roots will perform, bringing mood and special sparkle to the evening.

The "4 Pillar Stories" discussion evening takes place on the second Wednesday of every month at the Kolhethi restaurant. Meelis Sarv's guests are intriguing individuals connected to Pärnu College in one way or another: alumni, former and current employees, collaborators, and others.

The event is free for all interested parties.
