A long-awaited time with bated breath - the river is "open," the ice is retreating. Migratory birds find their way home. We welcome the arriving spring with the concert "Wing Stretch". Performing will be the Pärnu Art School Orchestra, Folk Music Ensemble Cantelo, soloists, and ensembles.
