Children's Morning "Fluffy and Chick" at Pärnu Rahva Raamat

On Sunday, February 23 at 11:00 AM, a children's morning will take place at the Rahva Raamat in the Port Artur center, where we welcome all children together with their parents!

During the children's morning, we will read and browse the children's book "Fluffy and Chick" together with poet and storyteller Jaak Känd. In addition, we will draw and enjoy some treats. We will also raffle off a book during the children's morning.

A squirrel living in a small pine forest loses its home as the trees are cut down to make way for large buildings. The little animal finds a temporary shelter in a rosehip bush. However, winter is coming, the weather is getting colder, and food is scarce. Finally, the squirrel gathers the courage to go to the balcony of the top floor of a newly completed apartment building in search of food and shelter. Soon, it finds a friend to endure the harsh winter together.
