Sunday, February 23
• at 9:00, we will remember and honor those who fought for the freedom of our country by laying wreaths at the Liberty War Memorial in Alevi cemetery.
• at 12:00, a ceremonial walk from the Liberty War Memorial in Alevi cemetery along Riia road to Independence Square. We ask the attendees to be in front of Alevi cemetery no later than 11:45. You may bring small blue-black-white flags.
• at 12:45, Pärnumaa folk dancers "IN ANTICIPATION OF THE PARTY" and the winner of the Golden Mouth speech contest. Participating dance groups: folk dance ensemble Kajakas grades 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 and youth mixed group, senior mixed group, representative and women's group, Sütevaka grades 6-8 mixed group and youth group, Rääma basic school grades 3 and 3-5 mixed groups, Audru basic school grades 3-4 and 6-8 mixed groups, Vändra gymnasium grades 5-6 mixed group, women's group Rõõmuline, women's group Pärnete, women's group Surju Sõbratarid, folk dance group Tuurit-Tuurit, Anna Raudkatsi dance society, National Culture Society Kirmas mixed group.
• at 19:00, guided tour "Pärnu - the birthplace of the Estonian Republic," start and end at Independence Square. Guides Ann Eichhorst and Veronika Meibaum.
• at 20:00, "FOR ESTONIA!" Reenactment of the Proclamation Manifest at Independence Square. Featuring: Peeter Tammearu, Bonzo, Frontline, Õnn Tuli Õuele, Pärnu chamber choir, Pärnu song society Leelo, Pärnu Mihkel Lüdigi men's choir, Sütevaka alumni choir, Endla mixed choir.
Monday, February 24
• at 7:30, ceremonial raising of the state flag at Independence Square, near the monument of the Proclamation of the Estonian Republic. Performances by Mihkel Lüdigi men's choir and Pärnu art school boys' choir.
Followed by a free city tour "Pärnu - the birthplace of the Estonian Republic." Guides Rita Tammela and Heli Tooman.
• at 12:00, guided tour "Pärnu - the birthplace of the Estonian Republic," start and end at Independence Square. Guides Heli Tooman and Ann Eichhorst.
