Brunch Dedicated to the Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia

We will celebrate the anniversary of the Republic of Estonia a day earlier – on Sunday, February 23, from 11 AM to 1 PM! We invite you to start commemorating this special day with exceptional flavors and a wonderful sea view!

Brunch is served buffet-style, and in addition to our usual rich hotel breakfast, we have added delicacies to the menu created especially for this special day:

Beef tartare with black garlic mayonnaise and brioche;
Salted whitefish with dill mayonnaise, cucumber ribbons, and black bread crumbs on a green salad;
Filled eggs with caviar;
Sprat sandwiches with egg butter and pickled cucumber;
Jellied meat with horseradish cream;
Rannahotelli bread and barley bread;
Barley foam with lingonberries;
Sea buckthorn crème brûlée;
Vana Tallinn dark chocolate truffles.
