Art therapy workshop at the XII recycling exhibition GIVE NEW LIFE
Instructor: Tiia Mets

In the art therapy workshop, we use not only art supplies but also recyclable materials.
Life can bring situations where an event or toxic relationships disturb mental balance. As a result, a person's focus might shift away from activities, goals, and desires important to them, thoughts become scattered, and concentrating is difficult. Through artistic activities, we explore how to become better friends with oneself in such situations.
We use materials like paper, cardboard, yarn, fabric, pencils, etc. We cut, glue, draw, and paint. Drawing skills are not required. All materials are available on-site. The finished creation can be taken home.
The workshop lasts 2 hours, and the number of participants is limited.
The facilitator, Tiia Mets, has completed a master's degree in visual art therapy from Tallinn University.
Please register for the workshop at muuseum@mona.ee
Participation fee 10.-
