The festival, organised by Pärnu City Gallery, enlivens the winter art life of the resort town and takes a look at what is happening in the contemporary photography landscape. The festival offers the visitor a versatile photo art experience in the form of numerous exhibitions, which appear in most of Pärnu's exhibition spaces. FotoFest exhibitions are on display at Pärnu City Gallery in Town Hall, at Pärnu City Gallery in Artists' House, at Pärnu Central Library, at Pärnu Concert Hall, at Endla Theater and elsewhere.
