Kristel Kallau's Solo Exhibition "Ears of a Dream"

"We often notice the 'ears' of someone or something behind different events. Behind my activities are the ears of a dream. My second solo exhibition opens at the Pärnu Central Library, where paintings created in recent years are on display."

The opening of the exhibition "Ears of a Dream" is on February 4th at 5 p.m. in the Pärnu Central Library gallery, and it can be visited until March 1st, 2025.

Kristel Kallau (b. 1976) graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a degree in glass art. As an artist, she expresses herself through painting, creating stained glass, producing various objects, and realizing her ideas in different techniques. A sensitive user of color, she enjoys combining different color nuances. Her work features both watercolor-like sensitivity and the more robust style of acrylic paints. She is more of an impressionist-expressionist, riding the creative waves, rather than a modest, realistic portrayer of her surroundings. She is always open to new challenges and experiments.
